29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii): The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would  be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives:  a.  On or about April 24, 2014,  in the facility, asbestos abatement was performed by contractor(s).  Loyola University Health System did not adequately notify their employees of the presence, location,  and quantity of asbestos containing material in, or adjacent to,  areas containing such material(s).
