29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A):     The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts may not be less than indicated in Table S-1. Distances shall be measured from the live parts if they are exposed or from the enclosure front or opening if they are enclosed;    a. At the Baker's IGA located in Coshocton, Ohio, the employer had an electrical panel board (labeled B-1) in the deli that only had approximately 19 inches between the front of the enclosure and some shelves that had been constructed out of 2x4 lumber to house deli supplies and equipment.    b. At the Baker's IGA located in Coshocton, Ohio, the employer had a three tub dish washing sink in front of an electrical panel board in the deli department.  The sink obstructed access to the electrical panelboard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning,material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:     a. At the Baker's IGA located in Coshocton, Ohio the employer had employees that would work with various cleaning chemcials at the facility, such as but not limited to, Bare Bones No-Rinse/No-Scrub Liquifying Stripper, Saniquat Disinfectant Sanitizer, and Poof Foaming Cleanser.  The employer did not have a written hazard communication or provide training with employees on the chemcials that they used in the facility.
