29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by:    Employees of Wisconsin Steel & Tube Corp. are exposed to amputation hazards while operating and work around machinery in the facility at 1555 North Mayfair Road in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in that:  (a)  The employer did not ensure that the clamps on the Amada Auto Saws (A1 & A2) were guarded to prevent employees for accessing the danger zone while the machine is in operation.  This exposed employees to an amputation hazard from the clamps.  (b)  The employer failed to ensure that the material clamps on the Marvel Manufacturing Co. Vertical Band Saw (M4) guarded to ensure that employees could not reach the danger zone while the machine was in operation.  (c)  The employer failed to guard the spindle end and nut on the Hammond Machinery Builders Inc., buffing machine.  This exposes employees to entanglement hazards.
