29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): Radial saw(s) did not have an upper hood that completely enclosed the upper portion of the blade down to a point including the end of the saw arbor, and the sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut: (a) Finishing area; A Dewalt Radial Arm Saw, Serial Number 57091080, did not have an upper guard that completely enclosed the end of the arbor and the guard that is required to protect employees from the lower portion of the blade was missing.

29 CFR 1910.213(h)(4): Radial saw(s) were not installed in a manner so as to cause the cutting head to return gently to the starting position when released by the operator: (a) Finishing area; A Dewalt Radial Arm Saw, Serial Number 57091080, had return springs installed on the frame but were disconnected from the blade carriage and the saw did not return to the start position when the operators handle was released.
