29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.    On or about January 26, 2012 an employee was working on a roof installing caps and covers on a parpet without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 16.7 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
