29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked in a conspicuous place in each space to which they related: a. On or about January 26, 2012, the owner/employee fell through the office ceiling while attempting to re-arrange stored material. There was no floor loading sign to indicate the floor capacity.
