A zero increment was included for the 146 minutes not sampled. Two employees working at this position were not given an annual audiogram for the 2011 calendar year. b) Line 518, on or about 1/31/12: A Line 518 assistant was exposed to a 138.3 % noise dose, or 92.35 decibels (dBA), during the 334 minute sampling period.
