29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    (a) File Room;  A relocatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord, which was powering computer equipment.  A relocatable power tap is designed to be plugged into the wall and not "daisy chained" with other relocatable power taps.  This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.       (b)  File Room;  A relocatable power tap was plugged into a relocatable power tap, which was powering a laptop and other equipment.  A relocatable power tap is designed to be plugged into the wall and not "daisy chained" with other relocatable power taps.  This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.       The Food and Drug Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309098564 citation 1, item 2, issued on December 2, 2010 with respect to a workplace at Blaine, WA.    The Food and Drug Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309094720 citation 2, item 1, issued on November 21, 2008 with respect to a workplace at Tacoma, WA.
