29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.  a)	IT Section Cubicle 1;  There was a secondary white spray bottle of unlabeled isopropyl alcohol which was not labeled with contents and hazard label warnings. b)	IT Section Cubicle 2;   There was a secondary white spray bottle of unlabeled isopropyl alcohol which was not labeled with contents and hazard label warnings.   The Food and Drug Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359210, citation number 2, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 05/30/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Seattle, WA.  The Food and Drug Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1354074, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Tacoma, WA.
