Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations:    The employer is failing to protect employees from potential electrical hazards associated with operating equipment where stray electrical energy is detected throughout the structure of the equipment.  This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 2321 Industrial Ave, Sidney, NE 69162, where the employer has employees using a roller conveyor system to move piping and at the station located on the west end of the facility has detectable electrical energy running along the frame of the conveyor station thus exposing employees to potential electrical shock hazards.
