Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access. (a) At the AAFES Assistant Manager's Office, the exit egress was blocked by boxes of materials and a chair. (b) At the AAFES warehouse, aisles were blocked by materials and mechandise. (c) At the AAFES visual merchandise room, exit egress was obstructed by art materials and cart.
