29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: Store Room: Racks used for storage were bent and did not display maximum load capacity to prevent unsecured hazardous storage condition susch as , but not limited to, storage of metal tables, each weighing approximately 78 pounds, which to led to the collapse of shelves on a rack. Abatement certification and abatement documentation are required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
