29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    (a) Wild Horse Construction @ 1312 Green Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before January 20th, 2012, the employer did not ensure that an employee who was aloft in a raised aerial lift was wearing a body belt with a lanyard attached to the basket. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of up to 15 feet.    Abatement Note: A full fall harness would provide better protection and is preferred over a body belt.    Abatement Note: Among other methods, American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z133.1 - 2000, Section 6.2:2 provides: "Aerial devices shall be provided with a point of attachment to secure a full body harness with a shock-absorbing lanyard or body belt and lanyard. Fall protection shall be worn when working aloft."
