29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, andequipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.      Workers were observed engaged in commercial construction activities building a new multi-purpose structure. Workers were framing the roof structure, exposed to potential fall hazards from heights between 12.2 and 16.3 feet in that a job site inspection by a competent person was not conducted.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      Workers were observed engaged in commercial construction activities building a new multi-purpose structure. Workers were framing the roof structure, exposed to potential fall hazards from heights between 12.2 and 16.3 feet in that a job site inspection by a competent person was not conducted.

Workers were framing the roof structure, exposed to potential fall hazards from heights between 12.2 and 16.3 feet in that a job site inspection by a competent person was not conducted.
