29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Rafael Roofing at 6540 Murano Dr., Windsor, CO 80550: On February 1, 2012, the employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 5 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazards of approximately 10 and 13 feet.
