29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Landsberg New Jersey/Cranbury, NJ facility: Warehouse/Battery Charging Area - Employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment installed as to minimize electrical dangers to people in the workplace. Worn electrical cords with significant tape repairs and exposed electrical wires were used to charge forklifts. Condition observed on/or about March 6, 2012.
