On or about 02/01/12, on Maple Ridge Road, in Medina, NY., at the Tractor Supply retail store under demolition and rehabilitation, employees were painting using Sherwin Williams - Dry Fall containing; Titanium Dioxide and Naphtha using 3M respirators, without proper training regardiing the maintenance and use of the respirators.

29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): All respirators shall be stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and they shall be packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve. On or about 02/01/12, on Maple Ridge Road, in Medina, NY., at the Tractor Supply retail store under demolition and rehabilitation, workers were performing general construction activities including painting, framing and electrical work while respirators were exposed to these conditions and to chemicals; Titanium dioxide and Naphtha found in B48 W60 Dry Fall in use during painting operations.
