29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures was established and implemented to include the provisions of (i)-(ix), as applicable: a) The company had not established a respiratory protection program for the employee wearing a half mask cartridge respirator while spray painting. All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.134(c) through (m) must be covered in a respiratory protection program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Written program 2. Medical evaluations 3. Fit testing 4. Use, maintenance and care of respirators 5. Employee training and information 6. Program evaluation 7. Recordkeeping ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
