29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Workers were observed engaged in general industry operation removing and installing exterior parking lights on a 25.0 foot pole and exterior ground lights. A worker was exposed to potential fall hazards in that a proper fall protection system was not utilized. NOTE: The B & J Electrical Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 19 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) was contained in OSHA inspection number 315337949, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 3/14/11.
