29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected fromfalling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. The training shall include the following areas, as applicable:    a) Jobsite, 2 Sycamore Dr. Colonie, NY- On or about 2/02/12- Two framing employees were not trained in scaffolding use and hazards and were exposed to an approximately (18') eighteen foot fall hazard from a Sky Trak 9038 Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) that was being used as a scaffolding.
