29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: a) Employees operating the Seamers in the Service Bay Department were exposed to an amputation hazard due to having only one clamps control but two employees exposed to the clamps hazard: 1) Seamer #1-#SM 2003; Plasma serial # KJ053779 2) Seamer #2-#SM 2000; Plasma serial #KJ108082 3) Seamer #3- Pandjris; Model #264-1 50ps, serial #1819E00 b) A shield was not in place to guard the projecting jaws of the rotating chuck of the Grizzly G8688, 2500 rpm lathe.
