29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): (a) On or about February 3, 2012, and at times prior to that date, for the employees dismantling with guardrails removed from the rig floor and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet without additional fall protection systems in place, located at 14391 39th Street West, Alexander, North Dakota.
