29 CFR 1910.302(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) At the facility, where equipment not used as listed or labeled included:     1. Kitchen area, where the power cord to the built-in desk outlet was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into a relocatable power tap creating a daisy chain. The outlet was used to supply power to appliances including the toaster and the coffee maker.    2. Kitchen area, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the green coffee maker.     The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314899386, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on June 20, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
