29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):  Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    (a)  Room 439, A relocatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.   (b)  Area 426 Cubicle;  A BrAun coffee pot was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.   (c)  Room 447;  A Cuisinart coffeepot was plugged into a relocatable power tap,  violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.   (d)  Room 442;  One relocatable power tap was plugged into another relocatable power tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.     FEMA was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898834 citation 1, item 3, issued on March 30, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Bothell, WA.     FEMA was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898826 citation1, item1, issued on March 29, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Bothell, WA.
