(a) Location: River Ranch Plant 40, 5159 N El Mirage Rd., Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, Back door of Batch Operations Office: An extension cord plugged into a relocatable power tap was run through the back doorway of the Batch Office, affixed to the metal structure of the upper level of the batch plant (along the metal walkway and guardrail system) and along 87 feet eastward to a location where portable heat lamps were affixed to the metal structure to provide heat to the injector process.
