29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not indicated on plates of approved design which shall be supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or his duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. Such plates shall not be removed or defaced but, if lost, removed, or defaced, shall be replaced by the owner or his agent. (a) Location: RMC Shop mezzanine level: Failure to install an approved plate affixed to the mezzanine level above the office area indicating the load capacity of the mezzanine used for storage of equipment and parts.

29 CFR 1910.212(b): Anchoring fixed machinery. Machines designed for a fixed location were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. (a) Location: Main shop area - vehicle repair bay: Failure to anchore fixed machinery. A Dayton 7 Inch Bench Grinder designed for a fixed location and mounted on a standing pedestal was not securely anchored to the concrete floor to prevent walking or moving, exposing employees to possible hazards upon using the equipment.
