29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a. A written chemical hazard communication program was not developed and implemented, including obtaining material safety data sheets for all chemical products used at the business, how they would be kept up to date, and organized so that they would be readily available for review, how labeling of product containers was made, and how training would be provided so that employees would know the hazards of the products used and what controls would be used to reduce exposure and ensure safe use of the products. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
