Employees utilize corrosive chemicals in the electrocoating area including but not limited to Chemkleen 611LS. A plumbed emergency eyewash was not available in the area.    b. A plumbed emergency eyewash in the forklift battery charging area was not maintained in compliance with ANSI Z358.1-1998 for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in that the emergency eyewash unit was not activated weekly to verify proper operation.
