29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Near the Time Card Machine: On or about 02/09/2012, employees exposed to contact with corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Chlorine bleach, Sani-T-10-Plus, Chlorinated degreaser; were not provided with an emergency eyewash/quick drenching station capable of fifteen (15) minutes of continuous flow of water.    b) Repack Line: On or about 02/09/2012, employees exposed to contact with corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Chlorine bleach, Sani-T-10-Plus, Chlorinated degreaser; were not provided with an emergency eyewash/quick drenching station capable of fifteen (15) minutes of continuous flow of water.    c) Onion/Celery Room: On or about 02/09/2012, employees exposed to contact with corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Chlorine bleach, Sani-T-10-Plus, Chlorinated degreaser; were not provided with an emergency eyewash/quick drenching station capable of fifteen (15) minutes of continuous flow of water.
