29 CFR 1918.65(h)(8): Power was not shut off when a mechanically powered vehicle was left unattended. Onboard the M/V PHOENIX NEREID: Located in hatch five an employee operator of a thirty ton forklift dismounted to assist in dunnage removal into a dumpster and did not shut off the power to the machine exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.
