29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:    (a) Excel Environmental Inc. at 1852 Jasper St. Unit E in Aurora, CO: On and before February 14, 2012 the employer did not develop worksite-specific procedures within the written respiratory portection program in that the written respiratory protection program does not include specific information about the atmospheric hazards encountered by Excel employees nor does it document which respirators have been selected for which jobs, tasks, or contaminants.  This condition exposes employees to a respiratory hazard.    Abatement Note: Please review the sample respiratory protection program outlined in the "Small Entity Compliance Guide for the Respiratory Protection Standard" (2011) on pages 101-111.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
