On or about February 14, 2012 employees were laboring and working above scrap lumber with protruding nails exposing employees to punctures. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)

On or about February 14, 2012 employees were working on a roof removing wood shake, caps and cornices without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 17.6 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
