Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access. a) On or about January 31, 2012, and at times prior, the employees were exposed to fall hazards when they climbed the crossbraces rather than using the ladder to get down from the scaffold on the south and west sides of a house at 14016 E. Fair Place in Centennial, Colorado.
