29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    a) Alternative School North exterior wall: On February 9, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were using a scaffold on the top deck approximately 12 feet high that was not fully planked.    Christensen Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational and Health Standard  29CFR 1926.451(b)(1) that was contained in OSHA Inpection # 311577068 Citation 1 Item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2008.     Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.

Christensen Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational and Health Standard  29CFR 1926.451(g)(1) or its equivalent CFR 1926.451(b)(1) that was contained in OSHA Inpection # 311577068 Citation 1 Item 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2008.
