Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313764201, citation number 01, item number 001(a) and it was affirmed as final order on September 27, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 617 Little Britain Road, New Windsor, NY 12553.
