29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. At the worksite, the employer did not ensure/enforce that hard hat protection was provided and utilized by employees working below employees working above their head, thereby exposing employees to a potential struck-by hazard.
