29 CFR 1926.55(a):     Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists:    a) The work site at 813 Salisbury Road, Syracuse, NY 13219, on or about 3/28/12: Insulation applicator applying foam insulation in attic crawl space was overexposed to a concentration of Methylene Bisphenyl Isocyanate at 0.27 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3) or 1.35 times the ceiling concentration of 0.2 mg/m3 during the 15 minute sampling period.    b) The work site at 813 Salisbury Road, Syracuse, NY 13219, on or about 3/28/12: Insulation applicator applying foam insulation in attic crawl space was overexposed to a concentration of Methylene Bisphenyl Isocyanate at 0.37 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3) or 1.85 times the ceiling concentration of 0.2 mg/m3 during the 15 minute sampling period.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item
