29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     (a)  On or about February 21, 2012, in the facility, for employees using hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Easiway Systems 5 Stencil Remover containing sodium metaperiodate, WD-40 containing an organic flammable mixture, Zim-Pic Special, a flammable mixture and Spike Emsulsifier containing isopropanol for screen printing and performing embroidery on apparel. The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program. A written hazard communication program also includes a list of hazardous chemicals present on site.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
