29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) Fransisco Caevello @ 1617 13th Ave., Greeley, CO 80631: On 2/21/12, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized eye protection. Employees conducted roofing activities, in windy conditions, which exposed employees to tear off materials as well as hazards associated with pneumatic nailers. This condition exposed employees to struck-by eye hazards.
