29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a) Flammable storage North end of Maintenance building- On or about 26 January, 2012, Spark producing items, metal wreath holders, were stacked in the flammable locker. Employees were exposed to a fire hazard two days prior while unloading metal wreath holders into the flammable locker by hand and throwing them into a pile onto the concrete floor with the possibility of producing sparks.
