29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices:    a)  On or about February 16, 2012, employees were not protected from roadway hazards:    1.  Workers crossed a live lane of traffic without using traffic control methods.    2.  Traffic control devices (cones) were spaced too far apart in the work area.  Cones had been moved in this area leaving a large open space in the tangent area.    Lawrence Construction Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent, 29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection 110486396 issued on February 5, 2009 and became a final order on February 24, 2009 with respect to a worksite located at 895 Fay St., Burlington, CO 80807.    and    Lawrence Construction Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent, 29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection 110486271 issued on October 6, 2008 and became a final order on October 23, 2008 with respect to a worksite located at I-25, MP 11-MP 15, Trinidad, CO 81082.
