29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: * 1 Full Body Harness * 1 Combination 5/8" rope grab with attached 2' shock absorber * 1 50 ft 5/8" blend rope lifeline with attached snap hook * 1 Reusable roof anchor bracket a) On or about 02/22/12 CSHO observed three men working on and from a 14/12 pitch roof doing chimney and flashing repairs with no fall protection systems in place.
