Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. Quest construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314818543, Citation number 1, item number 1, at a job site located at 3405 Olive Street, St. Louis MO, issued on 09/09/2010, and became a Final Order on 10/22/2010. 29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: At the job site located at 11729 Old St. Charles Road, Bridgeton MO, employees setting roof trusses were not protected from head injuries while loads were suspended above their heads. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.
