29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):   Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    (a)  Amalgamated Sugar Company, Paul, Idaho, on or about February 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, Stericlean chemical bulk tank at the North Cooling Tower, the employer did not ensure the chemical delivery employee was  adequately trained to know the violent reaction hazards of mixing the chemical being delivered (hydrochloric acid) with the chemical in the bulk tank (sodium hypochlorite or bleach).    Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
