29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    East County Line Road, Lakewood, NJ:  The employer did not initiate a program that required frequent and regular inspection of the job site to ensure that the hazards of the job site were identified and corrected.  The employees were not utilizing fall protection while preforming the roofing activitiy, observed on or about 2/17/12.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    East County Line Road, lakewood, NJ:  Employees were not utilizing fall protection when working from heights greater than 6 feet from the ground level.  The employees were working at a height from the ground level greater then 23 feet to the eave from the ground level of the residential structure, observed on or about 2/17/12.
