Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times. a) Hacienda Bldg 101 - Kitchen - On or about February 22, 2012 and prior thereto, the employer did not have directional signs to the exit.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. a) Hacienda - Kitchen - On or about February 22, 2012 and prior thereto, the fire extinguisher on the north side was blocked by 5 plastic storage crates 13x11 inches. b) Hacienda - Kitchen - On or about February 22, 2012 and prior thereto, the fire extinguisher on the north side did not have a sign identifying its location.
