29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a.) Metokote Corporation located at 5477 Evergreen Parkway Sheffield Village, OH 44054; On or about February 23, 2012, the employer did not assure employees were protected from unstable bin stacks of parts bins. Employees are required to stack the Denso Dunnage boxes at the Loading Dock for shipment when the lids are missing, causing unsecure storage, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
