29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    a)  In the Cheese Shop behind the refrigerators the passageway were obstructed with carton boxes.  There was less than 1 foot and a half of passageway through the aisle way behind the refrigerators.      b)  In the Cheese Shop on top of the refrigerators there were also carton boxes and bubble wrap stacked above the passage way and could easily create a falling hazard on employee's heads.    c)  In the cheese shop office, over half of the room was cluttered with boxes obstructing employee's egress.    d) In the cheese shop throughout the floor there were passageways obstructed with carton boxes.    e)  In the Gift Shop in the back of the store by the sweatshirts and jerseys, the passageway was obstructed with briefcases on the floor.

29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):  An exit access must be at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.    Exit access was less than 28 inches wide in that it was 23 inches by the office door way.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):  Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.    a)  Exit route from the office was partially obstructed by bubble wrap and boxes.
