29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about February 9, 2012, and times prior to that date, for the employee installing siding on a dormer window on a 4x12 pitch roof and exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 28 feet, located at 4907 East 41st Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
