29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition): (a) Line One Corp on or about February 23, 2012, at the near the address of 43103 Oberlin-Elyria Rd. Oberlin, OH: The employer failed to ensure an employee performing signaling duties was easily visible to vehicular traffic by ensuring high visibility garments were donned and signaling devices were used while temporarily controlling traffic in an active roadway. Due to this condition, the employee performing this task in the roadway was exposed to potential struck-by injuries caused from a vehicular collision.
